Humans, patience, and zero corporate nonsense.
Buying your first home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Your Pivot agent walks you through every step — no jargon, no rush, and no pushing you into something that isn't right — with a support team keeping the scheduling and paperwork moving behind the scenes.
Selling a longtime home — or one full of memories — deserves care, not pressure. Your agent guides the decisions and our support team handles the logistics with respect, so you can move forward on your timeline.
Flips, rentals, and portfolio moves. Looking for a dedicated Pivot agent who reads a spread the way you do? Book a call with the broker and we'll find the right fit.
Serving Temple, Belton, and surrounding communities.
You'll always know where we are in the process with frequent updates — and no surprises at the closing table.
Call or text us. We pick up. We reply. We don't hide behind portals.
Whether you need to move in 3 weeks or 8 months, we match your pace.
"Pivot was built around one promise: you'll always know where you stand, what things cost, and what happens next. Our job is to hand you the information you need to make the best decision for your situation — not to steer you toward one. Whoever you work with here, that's the standard."
Our broker flipped houses before he got licensed and still buys his own deals. When you call Pivot, you're talking to people who read a spread the way you do — not an agent who needs the numbers explained.
Investor listings are handled by a licensed Pivot agent — pricing, negotiation, offer strategy, and every decision that requires a license. Behind that, a support team keeps transactions moving: coordination, paperwork, marketing production, and closing logistics.
That's the whole structure. Direct access to a licensed agent, without the bottleneck that usually comes with it.
Pricing strategy, negotiation, offer terms, deal analysis, showings
Scheduling, document flow, listing input, marketing assets, closing coordination
Broker guidance on anything requiring a license, with admin support from my team keeping the rest moving
Every investor listing gets a licensed agent's full attention on the parts that move the number — pricing, negotiation, offer strategy — while our support team handles the scheduling, paperwork, and closing coordination, so nothing sits waiting on one person. Being selective is what keeps that real: direct access to your agent, and the same agent on your deal from listing to closing. Schedule a call and we'll work out whether Pivot is the right fit for how you do business. Either way, you'll get a straight answer on the first call.
As-is, wholetail, cleaned out or untouched, mid-renovation, or finished and staged — we list all of it. No lectures about paint colors, no pretending a flip is a retail-finish home. Whatever the condition, we handle it without the extra agent drama.
On investor listings the broker handles, Pivot works at a single reduced rate — one number, from the first deal, not a tier you climb into. We'll give it to you on the call. It reflects what the work actually is: repeat business, properties that don't need retail-level hand-holding, and a seller who already knows what their number is.
If your deal is a better fit for one of our agents, we'll make the introduction and you'll agree terms directly with them — they run their own business and set their own fees. Either way, you'll know the number before you commit to anything.
Investor pricing is a personal arrangement with the designated broker on a limited number of listings. It is not a brokerage-wide program and does not automatically extend to transactions handled by other Pivot agents. All fees are negotiable; buyer-broker compensation is separate and determined per transaction.
Private access to other investor agents, off-market deal sharing, and preferred vendor relationships. Not live yet — ask about it on the call.
Schedule a call. We'll cover the rate, your timeline, and whether Pivot is the right fit for your next listing.
If you've already got the license and a handle on your own deals, you don't need to hire a broker — you need a bigger margin. That's what sponsorship is for. Keep your full commission and pay flat, published fees instead of a split: $99/month plus a per-transaction fee that steps down as you close more.
A brokerage built for agents who want to maximize their commissions without the corporate overhead. Whether you flip houses, work part-time, are between deals, or you're full-time looking for something new, get a broker who's there when you need one and published fees with no percentage split.

Just the support you actually need.
A clean, reliable brokerage to sponsor your license — with a broker who's available to help and none of the corporate overhead. Keep your commission — no percentage split, just flat published fees — and work on your terms.
Go twelve months without a closed sale and we refund $400 of the sponsorship fees you paid — because a no-transaction year draws on fewer of our services, and we don't charge you for services you didn't use. No plan to sign up for, no status to apply for; it's standard for every agent. Eligibility and terms apply — see your Commissions & Fees Addendum.
Full brokerage backing when you need it: contract review, compliance checks, tutorials and education videos from the broker, and direct communication and support when you need it. Newly licensed? You'll be coached and trained hands-on through your first three transactions.
Private access to other investor agents, off-market deal sharing, and preferred vendor relationships.
Simple flat monthly sponsorship, billed on your enrollment date — no desk fees, no quotas.
Included: E&O coverage. Also required: a one-time, non-refundable $100 onboarding fee at signup. Per-transaction fees at right.
How it works: your per-transaction fee is set by your lifetime closings with Pivot and only steps down as you grow — it never goes up while you're actively sponsored. Leases are a flat $100 and don't count toward your tier. Mandatory monthly and per-closing fees apply.
All sponsored agents remain subject to TREC rules and renewal requirements, broker supervision, and Pivot Real Estate Company brokerage policies.
We don't care about desk time, team meetings, or stats. We just care about helping you on your real estate journey.
We never take a percentage of your commission — just the flat monthly sponsorship and a published per-transaction fee.

"I was an investor before I was a broker, so I built the brokerage I always wanted to hang my license with: published flat pricing, no split games, and a broker who actually picks up the phone. That's the whole model."
Pivot Real Estate Company was founded by a full-time real estate investor who was frustrated with traditional brokerages.
We kept watching agents who knew exactly what they were doing — people closing their own flips, managing small portfolios, or simply needing a clean place to park a license — get nickel-and-dimed by big shops that offered nothing in return.
So we built the brokerage we actually wanted to work with: low overhead, high integrity, and zero busywork.
We know the grind because we live it. That's why our model rewards production instead of punishing it.

My admin team logs your application and gets it in front of the broker. Every application is reviewed by the broker personally — sponsorship is his decision — and we work diligently to get back to new applicants quickly.
A problem-solver at heart — prior military, investor, and broker — Chris has seen many sides of a real estate transaction, and he brings all of it to your corner.
Chris Zakraysek was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, where he learned to work with his hands early and came to enjoy building things. Four years of vocational training, six years in the military, and a stint as a federal agent all taught him the same thing: what drives him isn't a badge or a toolbelt — it's helping people tackle real challenges and pivot in the direction that fits their future.
He got his start in real estate the hands-on way, flipping homes alongside his brother in 2015 and learning the business one deal (and one hard lesson) at a time. By 2018 he'd made Texas home and earned his license. More than 170 transactions later — personal investments, client sales, and off-market deals — he is investor minded and client focused, which means he understands both sides of the table: the numbers and the people sitting across from them.
That's the whole idea behind Pivot. Whether it's a first home, a hard goodbye, or a smart investment, Chris has probably been there himself — and he'd rather help you move forward than sell you anything. Off the clock, he and his wife are raising their two daughters, Polly and Mildred, in Temple, turning houses into the kind of spaces worth staying in.
No portals to hide behind, no rotating reps. A licensed agent handles the advice and the negotiating, while a support team handles scheduling, paperwork, marketing, and closing coordination — so you get someone who genuinely cares about the right outcome, and a file that never stalls. Because to us, your move matters.
